Processing time is generally 1-3 business days or less to place your package in the mail.
(Offering must be in the form of a credit or debit card)
Be sure to tell us which certificate Color you wish if you call in your application.
The Gold Parchment is the default color if you do not make a choice when calling in.

Processing time is generally 1-3 business days or less to place your package in the mail.
(Offering must be in the form of a credit or debit card)  The FAX line is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week

Mail in your application to:
